Gyenesdiás is one of the most beutiful resorts of Lake Balaton. Our apartment is a comfortable walking distance close (700m) to The Lido Beach in Gyenes. Due to its coziness and tranquillement it is the most popupar among families with little kids. A larger beach can be found in Diás with a lively and idillyc atmosphere (map). Both beaches provide a great number of restaurants, playgrounds, table tennnis, beach volleyball courts, football fields, bars and rental services.

In addition to the watery adventures, bathing and summer delights there are many opportunities for those wishing for a more active relaxation. In the area you will find scenic panoramic views, forest hiking trails. Bike paths, animal parks, horseback riding, pottery, clay pigeon shooting, wine museum and a local bio market making the time spent here more colorful and exciting.

Many natural attractions are also avaliable int he region. Mountains look-out towers, beautiful castles (Rezi Castle, Szigliget Castle), Balaton Uplands National Park and the buffalo reserve nearby. Also, in the nearest town, many museums and the Festetics Palace in Keszthely can be visited. Keszthely also offers pleasure boating with a thematic pirate adventure for kids or even a romantic cruise at sunset including wine tasting.

There are several grocery stores and shopping centers within 1.5km.
